In retrospect I think that my body was asleep but my mind was lucid - or even awake. Apparently chemicals are released to freeze us when we are asleep so we don't sleep walk, kill people etc. and I have come to think that that was what I experienced - even though it as really scary at the time...but the other advice is really great here too!!! LOVE V

Nowing nothing of magic at that age I would pray and pray and pray. Finally I got the thing to stop. Mine would be going into a room and a convayer belt going by with a glass and a figure would squeeze a drop of blood from my heart into the glass. I could feel this and it always FREEEEKED me out. I would suggest if you would be so interested, start doing the Lesser Banishing Ritual of the Pentagram. This will aid in getting rid of any negative figures bothering you.
